Karate All Levels

This is a traditional Matsubayashi-ryu Karatedo class for all levels. All classes begin with a warmup session, followed by basics.
Kata, Yakusoku Kumite, as well as bunkai are practiced in relation to each participant’s needs and level.

Classes are intense and will help improve both your mental and physical endurance. We practice kata and kumite (sparring), fighting applications, and basics.

Our classes are designed for teens and adults. If you are interested in a children’s class, our classes might be the wrong fit. Please feel free to come and audit and decide for yourself.
