Kobudo
Kobudo: Saturdays

This is a Kobudo class for all levels. Each week, we will focus on one of the four major weapons: Bo, Sai, Tonfa (Tonqua/Tuifa), and Nunchaku. The class will focus on basics as well as Kata and Kumi.
This will be a mix of weapon techniques studied in the Matsubayashi-ryu style, as well as in the Matayoshi style.
