Four karate students in white karate gis are working on Bo Staff training

This evening we’ll be working on Nunchaku.

Kobudo training takes place during the last 30 minutes of one karate class per week. We focus on one of the four most-practices traditional Kobudo weapons:

  • Bo staff
  • Sai
  • Tonfa
  • Nunchaku
